Hyatt House Los Angeles/El Segundo at 810 South Douglas Street, El Segundo, California.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare. We had to book a room for five people after discovering our rental beach house was trashed and im a dangerous area. We book A room at Hyatt through Priceline and paid online. A week after we have left the hotel, we get an extra charge of the hotel price that we already paid for. To fix this issue, we contacted the customer service at Hyatt to get a refund after we have shown them a copy of the bank statement. They told us that they have no record of the second charge. If you go here, you will pay more than what you already paid!!

This is an excellent and well provided |otel, with only the minor issue that the rooms (two room suites with included kitchen and full fridge) are on the outside of several buildings. The included breakfast is quite tasty, and the staff are friendly. However, oddly (and a first in my experience), the omlet station, clearly in the kitchen, won't make fresh eggs.
